-we are open 7 days a week 9am to 5pm
ARE YOU OPEN ON HOLIDAYS
- yes except 3 holidays in a year ie xmas,boxing day and new years day
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF DELIVERY
- normal delivery hours are from 9am to 5pm 7 days a week.
deliveries and pickup can be done 24 hours a day but extra charges apply
approximately 3 times the delivery charge.
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY
-all deliveries are subject to a fee based on the delivery location and we deliver
door to door only.
-there is an additional charge for caring or taking the equipment up,down or distance from the
delivery vehicle and this has to be pre arranged at the time of reservation.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT
-cash,money order,cheques,debit,visa,mastercard and american express.
DO YOU REQUIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT ON RENTALS
-along with your drivers license, a security deposit is required on all rentals either in the
form of a credit card imprint or a cash deposit determined by one of the
customer service associate
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE ITEMS FOR ONE DAY CHARGE
-your rentals can be picked up a day before and returned a day after the event
DO WE NEED TO WASH THE DISHES AND OTHER FOOD EQUIPMENT
-no, thats the best part about renting.
-all we want you to do is to scrape the food off the dishes and put them back
in the bins or crates they were shipped into. we have a big commercial machine
that cleans,sterilize and sanitize all our glasses, dishes,buffetware etc
WHAT IF I DO NOT USE MY RENTAL ITEMS
-full rental cost applies as rental is charged for timeout and not time used.
the items were commited for you and were unavailable for other clients.
CAN I ALTER OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION
- 30 day notice required on all cancellations or you would be charged full rental.
- 7 day notice required for cutting down on quantities on dinnerware and glassware
- additions can be done until the last minute but depending on availibility.
